TENANT PROGRAM
We’ll provide the space, the services and the assistance you need to help overcome the initial challenges faced by beginning businesses.

The Space includes flexible floor plans, conference rooms, a break room, basic utilities and a building security system. Floor Plans / Rent Schedule

The Services include computer access, telecommunications / Internet capabilities, mail and business addresses, mailing and postage, shipping and receiving, and janitorial services.

The Assistance includes the business information center, business planning assistance, consulting services, as well as seminars and workshops.

THE VIRTUAL TENANT PROGRAM
The Virtual Tenant Program provides entrepreneurs support and resources without them having to rent office space. Virtual tenants are able to operate from an outside location, but still receive many of the benefits of those within the boundaries of The Innovation Center.
