Help for Business

Quick Way to get Started

The Innovation Center facility is available to small, start-up or early-stage businesses, with both office and warehouse space available for lease to qualifying clients.

The following guidelines are required for all businesses interested in becoming a TIC tenant:

Stop by The Innovation Center office to meet with the executive director.

Fill out and return to the administrative office a Tenant Application.

Sign and return an Authorization for Credit Report request form.

Prepare and submit a written business plan or business write-up with a six-month cash flow projection, using our TIC_business_write-up.pdf.

After your business plan has been approved, and before becoming a TIC tenant, obtain a business license and provide proof of liability insurance coverage (see administrative staff for specific information)
